- 2 cups fresh spinach (or frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop fresh spinach. Drain and chop artichokes.
- Combine Everything: In a slow cooker, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and seasonings until blended.
- Set the Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or on high for 60-90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Final Touches: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley or extra cheese if desired.
Notes
