Description
A warm and creamy dip combining the rich flavors of cream cheese, spinach, and artichokes, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker by setting it on low.
- In a skillet, lightly sauté your spinach until wilted; if using frozen, ensure it’s thawed and excess water is squeezed out.
- In the slow cooker, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add mozzarella cheese in the last 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers such as baguette slices or tortilla chips.
Notes
For added flavor, consider including sautéed mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes. Ensure frozen or canned ingredients are well-drained to prevent a watery dip.
