Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 1/4 cup butter (or vegan butter)

- Add minced garlic, cooking until aromatic, then introduce the chicken broth and extra butter, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs just before serving to retain their vibrant flavor.
- Serve hot over rice, pasta, or on its own.
Notes
For a touch of heat, consider adding chili flakes. To inject some sweetness, a splash of honey or maple syrup can be added.
