Delicious copycat cranberry bliss bars with a balance of tart cranberries and rich cream cheese frosting, perfect for sharing.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- Zest of 1 orange
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- White chocolate, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, then fold in cranberries and orange zest.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter, then slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Once the bars are cooled, spread the frosting, sprinkle chopped cranberries and drizzle with white chocolate.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Use gluten-free flour for gluten-free options or substitute sugars for a lower-sugar version. Allow bars to set in the fridge for better slicing.
