Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped dill, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into patties, creating a small indentation in the center of each.
- In another bowl, combine chopped cabbage, grated carrots, Greek yogurt, a splash of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat, oil lightly, and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Assemble the burgers with Greek slaw and any additional toppings you prefer.
- Serve and enjoy your flavorful creation!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped mushrooms to the turkey mixture. Don’t forget to let the patties rest after cooking for optimal juiciness.
