Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. If using, add a scoop of protein powder and whisk until well blended.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, allowing it to soak for a moment.
