  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 12 cups fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until well combined.
  5. Fold in the berries.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For a crunchy top, sprinkle a little brown sugar or oats before baking.
