Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1–2 cups fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until well combined.
- Fold in the berries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- For a crunchy top, sprinkle a little brown sugar or oats before baking.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. This dish can be frozen; cut into squares, wrap individually, and freeze.
