- 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned or shredded
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, Sriracha
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground turkey. Cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once the turkey is cooked, add cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until cabbage wilts, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle more sesame oil on top before serving for extra flavor.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and Sriracha if desired.
