Instructions
- Begin by letting the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add salt or adjust spices as needed.
- Scoop the pumpkin mixture into a ball using clean hands.
- Roll the ball in chopped nuts until well-coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
