Description

A decadent, layered dessert featuring chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and graham crackers that is perfect for winter gatherings and family celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Whisk until smooth and set aside for a few minutes to thicken.
  2. Crush the graham crackers: With a ziplock bag or a food processor, crush the graham crackers into small pieces.
  3. Layer the ingredients: In a 9×13 inch dish, start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom. Follow this with a layer of chocolate pudding, then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat this process until you reach the top of your dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers on the final whipped cream layer.
  4. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve: Slice into squares and garnish with more chocolate chips or cocoa powder. Serve cold.

Notes

Use a thin spatula to create neat layers, and feel free to get creative with toppings.
