Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Bake the Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add mushrooms for the last few minutes.
- Combine the Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.

- Add the Meatballs: Place baked meatballs on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
