Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook with water in a 1:1.2 ratio as per package instructions, then mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt once cooked and cooled.
- Slice cucumbers and carrots into thin matchsticks. Mash avocado with lemon juice.
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking, take a golf-ball-sized handful of rice, flatten it, add your filling, and mold it into a ball.
- Decorate your sushi balls with small pieces of seaweed.
- Serve arranged on a platter garnished with sesame seeds or soy sauce.
