- 1 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- A pinch of sea salt
- Chocolate chips (or chunks)
- Colorful googly candy eyes for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the nut butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, dollop generous amounts of dough onto a lined baking tray, keeping them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn a light golden brown while the centers remain soft and gooey.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before adding the googly eyes.
