- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and slice the potatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess grease.
- Layer In Your Crock Pot: Layer half of the potatoes, the beef, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker; season as you go. Repeat the layers.
- Pour the Soup: Spoon the cream of mushroom soup over the layers, ensuring even distribution.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Set the Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
