- 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
