Delightful bite-sized balls of turkey, cranberries, and herbs, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms (cremini or portobello), chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in melted butter until soft, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed mixture, cranberries, breadcrumbs, herbs, and beaten egg. Mix gently with your hands. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form mixture into bite-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Let them rest a moment before serving.

Notes

Ensure that ingredients are mixed gently to prevent over-handling. Use an ice cream scoop for uniform size.
