- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms (cremini or portobello), chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in melted butter until soft, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed mixture, cranberries, breadcrumbs, herbs, and beaten egg. Mix gently with your hands. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form mixture into bite-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let them rest a moment before serving.
