- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish
- Dollop of sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the green beans and trim the ends, cutting them into 1-inch pieces.
- Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in salted water until tender but firm, about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the green beans and sauté for 5 minutes until they turn vibrant green.
- Stir in the boiled potatoes and ranch dressing, tossing gently to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, cooking for another 5 minutes until the flavors meld beautifully.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh chives or parsley and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
