Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over a small bowl of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat about 1 cup of your chosen fruit juice. Do not boil.
  3. Once warm, stir in your bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add sweetener to the mixture, adjusting to your preferred sweetness.
  5. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly, then stir in your fresh fruit and optional zest.
  6. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
