- 8 cups Chex cereal
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup dried cherries or 1 teaspoon cherry extract
- 1–2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- If using dried cherries, chop and mix into the chocolate mixture, or add cherry extract.
- Pour chocolate mixture onto Chex cereal, folding until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled mixture and toss until coated.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use almond butter for a nut-free option and gluten-free cereals for dietary restrictions. Always melt chocolate carefully to avoid scorching.
