Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sugar alternative
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or applesauce)
  • 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and prepare your donut molds.
  6. Equally divide the batter into the molds, filling each about halfway.
  7. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  8. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before removing from molds.
